Planex-GE

Planex-GE^TM is a natural compound extracted from the tea, with 30 polyphenols variety.
According to its chemical structure, it is divided into catechins , flavone and flavonol anthocyanidin , phenolic acid and condensed phenolic acid.
The content of catechins is the highest, reaching 20 ~ 80 % of Planex-GE^TM.
Catechinsis also divided into many variety.
For the existence of these basic chemical substance, Planex-GE^TM has better ability of anti-oxidant and cleaning free radical.

Principle of anti-oxida

Planex-GE^TM is a natural anti-oxidant extracted from tea.
Especially for catechins, it has better anti- oxidantion activity than Vitamine E, C, BHT, BHA.

The anti-oxidant structure of catechins is as follow:

Planex-GE^TM can provide 3H + when catechins is oxidated into quinoid structure, which makes anti - oxidantion characteristic.

Now Planex-GE^TM is widely used in food field as natural anti-oxidant.

Principle of scavenging of free radicals
Free radical can be made from all kinds of system of body , including nerve system , vascular system , immune system etc.

Anti-oxidation effect of Planex-GE^TM on oil and Liqid

Planex-GE^TM have low oil-solubility, high water-solubility, it can be dissolved in alcohol to be 20% alcoholic solution and mixed in the oil when it be used in producing, it can eliminate solvation .
As to the difference between lipid kinds and fresh of lipid-base, the effect of Planex-GE^TM are different. But in general, the quality keeping time can be expanded 3 - 6 times longer, the effect on the animal lipid will be doubled than the effect of BHA, BHT. Planex - GE effects of antioxidation is 4 times higher on the herb - lipd, the BHA, BHT, Vitamine C, E is almost useless.

The function of Planex-GE^TM in drink

Planex-GE^TM has maintaining function of pigment and vitamin, it can prevent from fade, and keeping natural pigment. Now some drink factories of domestic and abroad have mixed it, to improve the stability.
Planex-GE^TM can made of all kinds of dinks, such as tea carbonated drinks, tea cola, tea ice-cream, tea ice sucker, ice tea, caffeine tea, canister tea drinks as teabutter, clean tea wine, tea arrack.

The Use of Planex-GE^TM in fried and baked food

Planex-GE^TM has the specially : Catechins is a kind of very effective anti-oxidant and cleaner of free bases, the ration of free bases cleaning reaches 98% and up, it prevent the lipid from continuous oxidant oxidation. Planex-GE^TM as the best natural replacement of BHT/BHA has find-performance on fried food.
If used in the fried lipid, add 0.02 - 0.04%, made to be 10% solution with edible alcohol before use then mix.
If used in fried food, add 0.02 - 0.03 % Planex-GE^TM water solution.
Fried food generally contains 15 ~ 20% lipid, it will easily oxidate and turn bad through high temperature frying.
Adding Planex-GE^TM can apparently expand the quality-keeping time for 1 - 2 times,
BHT , BHA, Vitamin C, E almost useless.

The Use of Planex-GE^TM in Meat Products (Ham and Sausage , Meat ball)　

Adding Planex-GE^TM 0.03 - 0.06% of the weight of product. dissolve the Planex - GE with water or 10% alcohol to be 10% Planex-GE^TM solution, then add into the mixed meat.
As cooking, dissolve the cooking water with 0.1% Planex-GE^TM solution.
